There is a powerful strategy in pre-screening the job candidates in a certain company just by using the resume of the candidates. First, you have to accept their resumes and then study it before you let them complete the application. Keeping their dates straight is a difficulty that is being undergone by most applicants who have intentions in fudging periods of employment.
Take the opportunity to observe the applicants while they are filling out the application. See if they are referring to their resumes or if they are referring to another piece of paper which contains a different material. These other materials that they are referring when they are filling out the application papers other than their resumes are sometimes called cheat sheets. These cheat sheets are often made by them to help them keep the periods of employment consistent with the resume and the employment application. You have to take note of this.
